Package Prices
All packages (delegate package, spouse package 1, and spouse package 2) include accommodation, with dinner and breakfast for each night stayed. In addition:
- Delegate Package includes: all presentations, user meeting promotional merchandise, refreshments during breaks, and lunch every day
- Spouse Package 1 includes: refreshments during breaks and lunch every day
Dinner on Thursday is the closing dinner – this is only included in packages that include accommodation on Thursday night.
A 10% Early Bird Discount (EBD) applies to delegate packages booked before the cut-off date (31 July 2026 23:59:59 UTC) – this does not apply to any additional accommodation requirements, the closing dinner, or the spouse packages.

This year, we are not able to offer reduced package rates to delegates who choose to share accommodation with other delegates. However, additional nights outside the delegate packages cost less for delegates who are sharing with other delegates (see below).

Frequently Asked Questions
I am an international delegate, why do I need to pay VAT?
Conferences that take place in the U.K. are liable for U.K. VAT as they are classified under VAT legislation as “services supplied where performed” and, therefore, the VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged. Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can, potentially, reclaim this back from the U.K. VAT office. What is the Early Bird Discount and when does it expire?
The 10% Early Bird Discount applies to delegate packages booked before 31 July 2026 (23:59:59 UTC). It does not apply to additional accommodation, the closing dinner, or spouse packages.
What is included in the Delegate Package?
All delegate packages include accommodation with dinner and breakfast for each night stayed, all presentations, user meeting promotional merchandise, refreshments during breaks, and lunch every day.
What is the difference between Spouse Package 1 and Spouse Package 2?
Spouse Package 1 includes accommodation, with dinner and breakfast for each night stayed, refreshments during breaks and lunch every day. Spouse Package 2 only includes accommodation, with dinner and breakfast for each night stayed. Neither package includes the delegate programme (attending presentations, receiving merchandise, and so on).
Is the closing dinner included in my package?
The closing dinner on Thursday 15 October is only included in packages that cover accommodation on Thursday night. If your package does not include Thursday night, you can add the closing dinner for £85 per person.
Can I attend without booking a full package?
Yes. You can attend on a day-by-day basis. The first day costs £400 (£360 with EBD), with additional days at £200 per day (£180 with EBD), including lunch. Accommodation and dinners are not included but can be added separately.
Can I share accommodation with another delegate to reduce costs?
This year, we are not able to offer reduced package rates to delegates who choose to share accommodation with other delegates. However, additional nights outside the delegate packages cost less for delegates who are sharing with other delegates (£65 per person per night)
